BYOK Disclaimer
Important: You're responsible for your API key usage.
By using your OpenAI API key with ShipLaunch:
- You are responsible for API key usage and associated costs
- You agree to OpenAI's Terms of Use
- We are not liable for charges incurred through your OpenAI account
- You are responsible for securing and managing your API key
Limitation of Liability
ShipLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Third-party service interruptions (OpenAI, Polar, etc.)
- Content accuracy or suitability for your specific use case
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Termination
You may stop using ShipLaunch at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse the service or attempt to harm other users
Upon termination, your access ends, but you retain ownership of any content you've already exported.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through appropriate legal channels if necessary.
